Which is most stressful for you? Job or journey?

My journey to work seems to have been extra busy and extra stressful this past two to three weeks.

I have in fact found the journey to and from work more stressful than my job.

Hence this poll.

My job entails sitting in traffic, conveying some people, and laughing at others getting stressed at their journey to work/ the shops/ the dole office.

The only stress I have is whether I've resisted the urge to stay in bed...

Its as soon as it gets dark, nobody can drive!

UK traffic used to make me stressed to hell, in fact I used to start an hour early and finish late just to miss it. Can be stressful if the air con isn't working, even had it installed over my desk so it blows me directly with cold air all day! I like work best when i'm busy or "up against it", more stressed if i'm not and trying to fill my time.

Only really get stressed when i miss meals, i'll start feeling feint, light headed, get angry in fact I can get pretty upset about that.

Cheers for adding that. The number of rush hour idiots at 8-830 stress me out a lot.
Coming home at 6 or 7pm, I'm in no hurry, and tend to enjoy the ride.
At work I'm usually fine as I know I'm earning money, as opposed to burning more money sitting in traffic.

I have fun b roads for the majority of my commute. I'd commute all day if I could

It's the bit inbetween commuting I don't like as despite being powerfully built, my goatee is still forming and I've yet to take control of my first directorship...

The 50 mile round trip to work and back is the best bit about my day. I absolutely hate my job.

I'm commuting at 6am though so traffic is minimal.

My 100 mile each way commute is much more stresful than my job (most of the time)...
