Do ladies Drift ?

As in a car, not a euphemism of any sort about flatulence or similar,
Was trying to explain to my wife the joy of oversteer, precipitated by me watching my reply of a Forza 4 race where my car was the only one going sideways (and crashing) as she thought I was doing it wrong and I was crap at the game.
She couldnt see why going sideways in a car is fun or in any way enjoyable, basically if you are doing that you are going to crash or wear your tyres out. She cannot understand why it is a desirable trait in a car and neither is understeer, driving sensibly at a speed appropriate for the road with no tyre slip whatsover seems the order of the day, she knew to steer into a slide as she had been taught that but she really doesnt see why anyone would do it on purpose apart from a training scenario.
So, maybe I am wrong and this forum is chock full of drifting ladies but I get the impression its all blokes apart from the odd female enthusiast, so it looks like a male thing, why do we think it is a desirable thing to do, its fun but ultimately pointless, without going into amateur psychology is it some display of strength or something ?
So lets discount Louise Aitken-Walker, Michelle Mouton, Simonite sisters, Geyserbirds, Male to female transgendered folk and other statistically insignificant examples of female diftiness and focus on normal females, like the ones we all annoy in pubs and nightclubs or at home if one has been daft enough to adopt a geeky petrolhead. We cant cound the odd slight twitch of the back of an MX5 followed by a silly giggle like when they do their yearly fart, I am talking actual sliding, on purpose.

Think she has seen her when sat there watching TG under sufferance, think she needs a ride in a rally car or something as if I drive too quick (i.e. generating any kind of cornering force) she says she feels sick.There is also VBH, who makes squeaky noises that cause our dog to break off from his extensive gential cleaning routine and cock his head at the TV in a WTF manner, seriously, to break his concentration during that operation takes some doing but she manages it.

Sounds like she'd make a much better racing driver than you She is a pretty good driver really, can certainly parallel park better than I can.
