What motoring memorabilia do you have?

I like to collect the odd bit of memorabilia but wouldn't say I'm a 'collector' as such. So what interesting/unusual bits and pieces do you have?

The reason for this thread is that I just picked up an Engineers drawing of a 1931 Alfa Romeo Tipo B (the original 8C). One of a kind and no copies exist. Spoke to the Wife of the owner (of the car, since sold) and it was raced in the Mille Miglia and numerous other races. I bought the drawing because I fell in love with it a year ago and having regretted buying it then I saw it in the shop and just had to have it.

It's now a second Christmas present to myself and will be loved for ever more.

As a plus, it's framed in an 'Alfa Red' frame biggrin

Thought some might appreciate it, the owner and his Wife are car nuts and I talked to her for ages about the Alfa and their other cars. I got the impression she really wanted the drawing to go to a car enthusiast.

It's a cool thing to have. How big is it? I can't really tell.

Yeah, I didn't do a very good job of that, did I!

I fell in love with the drawing having seen it for sale in the shop a year ago. I regretted not buying it then and assumed that it would be gone when I went back. Fortunately it was still there and knew it was fate. I had to have it.

Not really motoring, more engineering/railway related.

The signed drawing/painting of George Stephenson from the Board Room of a company he chaired.

Apparently it's like crack to a railway geek.

Boom!

I've not bothered to do any research into it.

Should anyone want to wink, feel free!

I've got a wheel from the 2010 AMD BTCC Golf, it was sent to me by the team.

When it arrived it even included authentic BTCC Dirt.

I would love an authentic drawing like the OP, it looks awesome

I was planning to fit a Thema Turbo engine to my Beta but the recession put pay to that. When I sold the Beta I bought this.

I was in the Mercedes museum in Stuttgart, there I saw a Mercedes cork, I remembered having seen the same cork years ago, my grandpa did drive a Mercedes and my dad inherited the cork, it was tucked away in the loft, but I did retrieve it, and now it's mine! It's made from silver and cork, you don't get such nice goodies from your Mercedes dealer these days!

the corks from the Stuttgart Mercedes museum:
