I have some diesel in plastic jerrycans in a basement.
It is dry, dark and a constant room type temperature down there.
They are not totaly full, so the fuel has a bit of air ontop of them and I guess not much chance, if any, of moisture getting into them.

How long does diesel keep good? does it have some kind of useful shelf life?

Thanks all smile

I wouldn't be concerned. When you come to use it just stick it in on top of half a tank and I doubt there will be any difference at all.
