Car Itches that I can probably scratch before I retire

being a relatively poor petrolhead, I have to plan carefully. There are so many cars I would liek to own but so few I can afford to own so I have drawn up a list of the car itches I think I can scratch in the next 20 years. Whats your list and why?
Mine is (on current prices)
Porsche 996 turbo - fast, iconic
Pre 1989 carrera - gorgeous and even more iconic
Ferrari 308 - very gorgeous
Merc SL55 AMG F1 - fantastic GT
Citroen SM - cool and gorgeous
Renault Alpine A610 or GTA - always loved the look of these
Gallardo (when the kids have left home and I have more cash) - always wanted a lambo and these look like beingthe most accessible.
Noble GTO - for 2 years of track fun and high speed insanity
M3 CSL - I just feel the need
Lancia Fulvia - gorgeous again and will hold value (the one to pass to my heirs)
By my reckoning, that means changing my toy car every 2 years. Its going to be hard to sell the Tuscan

I currently getting through my list, I've done the 'supercar' an Alpine GTA Turbo (ok, it's not Italian but still a super car as far as I was concerned!) lots of hot hatches, and I'm now on my 4th 'Seven' (Dutton Phaeton, Sylva Striker and now on my 2nd Westfield).
Once I dont feel the need for speed any longer (which could possibly be never!) I think the TR5/Austin Healey route looks inviting!

Most new(ish) cars will cost a LOT less to run.
Regardless, unless a company car, most people on here have spend <£15k on their car. I suspect the "average" PHer spent about £10/12k on a 5 year old sporty number.
As a quick test, just click on the profile of all the people on this thread and see how many cars worth £30k there are.................

Try getting a loan/finance on a 308 or similar!

GTV V6 is an easy itch to scratch, get one for £1,000, spend £500 on an unsilenced exhaust, and enjoy some hairs-stood-on-end Italian motoring nirvana every time you accelerate...Or spend a few thousand instead and get a really good example of course...
My 'realistic' 'itches' are ;

Aston DB7 (fancy an early 3.2...don't ask)
Audi S-model of some kind - probably D2 S8 /Ronin...

Range Rover of some sort FF/Sport/even evoque(!) when everyone is fed up with them!

Lancia - any, although leaning towards a Thema 8.32
Not really interested in a Ferrari, Porsche, Lambo, unless it was a 60s classic - and therefore not attainable!
