For stupid drivers.
Driving down a NSL road about an hour ago, i see lots of flashing blue lights at a junction, so i slow down, and when i get there a copper flags me down to stop, while a van is pulled upright by a recovery truck.
A few more cars stop behind me, and as we sit waiting a van goes past us on the wrong side of the road, as he passes me he sees the cops, van, recovery wagon, ect... and slams on in a full on skid.
The next thing i hear is a copper shouting at the driver of the van "what the hell do you think you are doing?" I couldn't hear the van drivers reply.
The cop then says "what do you think all these cars are stopped for?" This time i did hear the driver, and he replied "i thought they were parked".
At this point the van been recovered had been put back on it's wheels, so the cops got the idiot driver to pull over, and then waved all of us that had been waiting to go through the junction, so i don't know what happened next, but i hope it includes a prosecution for DWDCA.
