A Few A4 Avant (B8) Questions

Hello

I have recently taken ownership of an 08 plate A4 Avant S Line which I purchased from a mainstream Audi dealer. The car was purchased from a dealer in England and the purchase/negotiations largely took place over the phone before I drove down to see/buy the car (I live up in Scotland).

Having now had the chace to look over the car properly and read through the owners manual I have a couple of questions that I would be grateful for your help with.

1. Should an 08 plate A4 come with the thin plastic emergency key (and holder in the glovebox) - mine only has the two standard keyfob keys with it;

2. Should the "through load system" in the rear seats come with a ski bag as well? Mine has the system built into the arm rest but no sign of any ski bag (which was part of the system on my old 330i BMW);

3. Is the cargo net for the boot floor a standard fit item or an optional extra (the owners manual says standard fit, but the dealer said optional extra).

Grateful for any advice that people can offer.
