what is happening with the classifieds

well i for one am not in to the new classsifieds set up the old style was much better,
i had a Bentley for sale the add expired you used to get an email to let you know it was expiring soon which i did not get, and now i can not find a way in to manage my add to relist the car for sale, i have emailed ph towers,, no reply,, i have rang and left messages no return calls, i have also had someone called russels direct line thats either busy or he never picks up... most disapointed,

Probably been covered but I agree the new format is ste.
And no, I'm not one that fears change and will just get used to it.
