Had this discussion at work recently, apparently I'm selfish for saying that I wouldn't pay off my colleagues' mortgages. Why the fk would I want to do that?!

I have an agreement with a work colleague, any lottery wins and we'd give the other person 10%

I've won £1 this year so gave her 10p, so far she's won nothing (except for my 10p )

This does ofcoarse mean if anyone in your work does win a huge amount, you can kiss goodbye to anything you may have got :P

Indeed, best to say 'yeah, I'll sort all of you out' in case any of them does win it and follows through on their promise. Then, if you win it, just get out of there!
