What's our car of the year? [a production car you could buy new in 2011]

For me I think it would be the Ginetta G40R.

Not driven any of the cars they've tested so have no real opinion other than what they look like. In which case BMW 1M/2012 GTR

I honestly can't think of anything that's particularly wowed me this year. I suppose a toss-up between the MP4-12C and BMW 1M.

Can't say I have driven one (I wish!) but I love the look of the replacement Murciélago... the Aventador looked very impressive when I saw it at the Porsche SS

BAC Mono - Saw it at TG Live. What a wonderful peice of engineering and design and proud that it has come from a small UK startup.

Good shout. Just love the idea of a Mono.

Another vote for the Ginetta G40R - it's the perfect example of a PH car.

I know what he wanted to do. rolleyes

He posted a picture of an IQ, becuase that is what the Aston Martin is basically, I get that.

The bit I said was that he didn't post a picture of a Toyota IQ, but the Scion IQ which was built for the US market.

..but the Scion IQ, when it goes on sale will be about $25,000 (approx: £17,000-£21,000) so it would be close to what a Aston Martin Cygnet would be in GBP.
Dunno what you're going on about, took it from Wikipedia which says its a 2008 picture of an IQ?
