Just a general thread to see what PHers will be up to car-wise in 2012.

Are you keeping the same car(s), plan to change or just see what crops up?

For me I'll be sticking to the same one at least until my contract ends in August. I'll be driving all around Korea in....

The stunning 2003 Matiz Auto with 109k kms on it!

How about you?

Planning on changing around Feb but no idea what to. I've been thinking of lots but really can't decide - Citroen BX estate, Jag XJ40, Merc 190E, Audi 100 estate, Land Rover Series, Triumph Herald? Too many options, even with my meagre budget.

Was toying with the Idea of a mk1 Tuscan but after some thought still loads of fun to be had from the Cerbera and the lack of roof off driving day's from last summer did not make me feel like i was missing much.

So Cerbera and Mini Cooper S for me.

Will be mostly enjoying my Christmas present (Gallardo Spyder, from me, to me) from the early spring, it's being tucked away after Christmas until the weather improves.

Hoping to finish the Frogeye at some point next year too, time permitting.

And very tempted with something a little different, Karmann Ghia or a TVR or something, not sure yet.

I think the Maserati will have to go though, sad day.

Last week I put £2000 down on a MY2013 Range Rover at my local dealer.

Don't know what it looks like. Don't know the spec. Don't know the engines. Don't know how much it costs.

All I do know is that I'm 2nd on the list in Yorkshire.

I can't bloody wait!

Went from e36 M3 to this:

1.5 weeks ago. The e36 was much more refined and had better steering feedback!

I am not sure if I will keep the Jag or not, I keep looking and nothing except a F150 Harley or Dodge Ram are gaining my interest

Planning on keeping my VXR8 and maybe spending a bit of money on her. She needs a new cam and other engine bits to eek out some more power and torque and pave the way for a super charger the year after wink

2012 will see a decade of ownership for my car. The body work needs a couple of hundred quids worth for sprucing up but it did 400+ err, brisk miles christmas day and boxing day and I see no need to change.

The bike will probably stay unless something that takes my fancy comes up.

Might switch to a 997.1 Turbo, for reasons of practicality... (seats in the back <wink>)... if i can afford it.
