ctr fn2 vs focus st vs renaultsport f1 230 r26

Considering buying one of these 3 in the new year, can't decide which, still at the research point so just looking for opinions/feed back etc.
At the moment my head says get the focus but heart says ctr or renault.
If any one has any other suggestions for a similar priced/spec'd hatch then all welcome as well (please nothing stupid though, if I wanted an estate/4wd/2 seater I wouldn't be asking for hatch suggestions).
