Remote Fob parts needed - need help to id make

We have a 2005 VW Polo which has an aftermarket alarm system. The remote fobs for the alarm have rubber loops for the keyring but on both fobs this has now split. The problem is, I can't work out the make of the fobs so can't find the replacement part.

Can anyone identify it from this picture? I'm only after the rubber insert or a replacement casing which includes the insert.
