What year?

Why is half in capitals? That would annoy me enough to consider somebody else's.

So what if its in capitals?? Unlike Ebay, AutoTrader has very limited choices on layout and text, so people have to do things like that to make certain text stand out.

I don't like it much, but I wouldn't be so bothered that I wouldn't look at the car.

OP: Its the cheapest TDI A4 S-Line on there, so don't expect it to be perfect. Go and find your self a A4 buyers guide online and go and have a look at it.

You can't expect much more advice than that with the limited info that you have posted up.

Well its got solid paint, even though its metallic grey - does this mean that the respray has now dried?

its a pity they didn't use spellcheck on the advert.

Because on autotrader with the limited room they give to the text it makes it difficult to read, it's not as if they are in short supply, so I'd probably go elsewhere.

Buy on price, ie the cheapest there is and you get what you pay for...S line diesels are very good news in the trade, they fetch good money, and sell for good money.

The ad screams typical railway arch trader to me. There'll be something wrong with the car, the only question is whether you find it before you buy. Tread carefully. Having said all that, if you can't find anything wrong and you can get it for a few hundred less, it's hard to think you won't be able to offload it easily at £4K+ if you need to.

Sneaky things to watch out for are budget tyres that look fine but useless to drive on and cost you the best part of a grand to put right.

Aside from HPI reflecting its real value, engine gearbox and electonics health are the potential moneypits so get those checked. I expect Audi will hook it up to the big computer and do a once over for £100/£150.
