On the Ford Focus Mk1, the rear wipe only wipes a couple of times when in the 'on' position. So you are driving down the motorway with it 'on' and look in the mirror only to see a filthy-wet reat screen and have to flick it off and on again.

On the Yaris Mk1 the parcel shelf strings always come out of the bloody holes letting the shelf drop down when you lift the boot.

ANNOYING!

People who take my right of way in the residential road I live in. Usually people who work at the VW/Audi dealership down the road.
People who don't come to a complete stop when trying to join a main road from a side road, and look like they're just going to pull out.

I've not missed having a rear wiper, gotta say. Rarely used it on my Fiesta or 306 and it wouldn't look right on my current car anyway (although I think the Touring has one). Lane hoggers make me angry.

Take a look at the electrics and any seals around the wiper motor.

People who you give way to, even when its your right of way and then they either stick their noses in air and ignore you or worse still, look at you as if to say 'yes and so you should have let me go you peasant'

Makes you want to retract the whole manoeuvre and career through first.

In my previous car the interior lighting was all red, all the dials on the dash, the climate control module, all the buttons and switches etc, except the stereo. The car came as standard with a stereo with red lighting on it, but one of the previous owners had "upgraded" to a unit with a green display, and no amount of fiddling with the settings or reading manuals could change the colour of the display. I never used it to listen to music, but it used to annoy me every time I saw it. I used to turn it off at night since it was basically redundant anyway and the colour just grated on me!

People who use full beam on the motorway when there are cars going in the opposite direction. Yes there's a central reservation between us, but you're still blinding me.

People who don't use full beam on A and B roads when they're doing 40mph and have a line of traffic behind wanting to overtake.

Help I've got a unique Ford Focus wiper arrangement. It's an estate by the way (that's why it gets so dirty quickly I think!).

Thanks for the suggestion above, I'll take a look.
