What jetting for FCR 41 on ZZR 1100

I've just bolt on a ramp of 41's on my Fisher Fury ZZR 1100
They came from a stock 1200 ZZR with stock airbox
I run a Pipercross air filter , no airbox
I've checked main jet are 132
Botton range is awesome but after , a huge wooooooooorghhhhhh when I open throttle stop the power delivery , I was thinkin too lean ....
on my stock CVK , well tuned , they are 210
Is there any knowledge in jet setting ?
