Rally Experience Days - Stag Do Ideas

I'm currently in the process of planning a Stag Do for my best mate, who wants a day focused around cars and speed. Ideally, he would like an event that would allow us on all the track at once, battling for position, but it looks as though those sorts of events are few and far between; I'm guessing the potential to crash/insurance issues!

Has anyone done this? What did you think of it? Failing that, I'm either thinking off road karts ( http://www.gostag.com/activities/ragebuggies.asp) or perhaps a half day rally experience day combined with clay-pigeon in the afternoon ... or a full day rally experience if it's in budget

Has anyone done any rally experience days and if so, were they worth the cash? Was it an enjoyable day for a petrolhead? I'm a little hesitant, as I fear the 'rally course' might just be a disused airfield, some dirty tarmac and some tyres set out as a course, which might be a bit disappointing ... ? Can anyone recommend any good rally experience days within a 60 mile radius of Bucks/Berks? Budget is £200-250pp
