Hi guys, I am not sure were to put this so if in the wrong place, sorry.

Anyway, I am doing a corporate identity project were I have to conduct a case study on three companies, one of my chosen companies is Kwik Fit, since being a great motoring forum, I was looking your experiences of Kwik Fit, good or bad, as a customer or an employee, and if you had an issue, how did Kwik Fit try and rectify your problem?

Thanks

To do something like this you should create a questionnaire for people to complete online. That way it's much easier to structure and analyse the data. Otherwise you are going to just gets hundreds of random rants

Change the spelling, otherwise the rants won't be about Kwik fit...

Back to topic, never used them.

Also could fall foul of 'name and shame' rules.

Never thought of that, just tried to get both sides as Kwik Fit only have put positive reviews on their website and I am sure not everyone is in the same boat. Are there anywere else that I could source that would have customer reviews?

I, like most others, havnt heard great things of Kwik Fit or most chain garages,my one experience didnt help-

My old mk3 Prelude died outside of a Kwik Fit,being young and stoopid I didnt have breakdown cover.

After swearing at it for 20mins I diagnosed a goosed alternator so went into ask said Kwik Fit lackys if they could fix it, blue overalled chap quoted......£450!

Even with my limited knowledge that seemed steep so a quick call to my regular garage who quoted circa £120 then a £80 tow saved the day.

The above has somewhat biased me against Kwik Fit but I dont think Im alone in my views!

You could put your questionaire on here and ask people to paste it in an e-mail to you so the answers are kept private, they can e-mail you through your profile. Wouldn't really take any longer than posting.
