Who has the oldest car on PH and what is it?

I have a 1990 205, 1990 309 and a 1990 Polo.

Lets see some old school smile

I'm sure 1990 is fresh out of the factory compared to what PH has lurking under dust covers in their garages, this should be interesting. Would it be fair to say the car has to be in regular use?

Would be interesting to hear what is hidden around the UK even though it's not getting used. Saw a lovely 1936 Buick stuck in a container not so long ago and it made me wonder what else is around.

I know I've heard mention of 1920's cars on these boards... 1990 is just a sapling!

I was expecting pre-war cars when I opened this thread, not 1990's econoboxes frown

I'm not saying my cars are old. Just stuck them up to get the ball rolling.

So where is all the REAL old stuff hiding?

There is a guy here who restores pre-war (WW1) cars but I'm damned if I know his username (it'll drive me nuts too! )

Edit to add I had an 81' Land rover series III 88" pick up.

1987, but I think the engine design probably dates back to around then...

ZOLLAR, I think the name you're after is Major Fallout. Has a car from 1906 I think.

Spot on (really was driving me crazy, have been searching through member names!)

I'd say a car from 1916 is probably hard to beat!.

My oldest is from 1979. I quite fancy something from the 60s though.
