What car brands don't come with a negative image?

I've always fancied a beemer but am not sure I could bring myself to own one. Too many aggressive people driving them. ditto any new Audi and most mercs. So that rules out the premium german brands. Vauxhalls and Fords are ok when new but soon move into chav territory. VWs, sadly are going that way...or in the case of my current car a Passat, give off a boring vibe.
I currently like the Mazda 6 2.2 diesel, new shape. Mazdas dont appear to have a bad image, or do they?? Are any brands out there unsullied or does it even really matter?

Wow you must be really really insecure to care that much about what other people think about you. Quite sad really.I currently like the Mazda 6 2.2 diesel, new shape. Mazdas dont appear to have a bad image, or do they?? Are any brands out there unsullied or does it even really matter?
