Non -Stnd Number Plate Suppliers

I seem unable to find a numberplate manufacturer that will make a non-standard size front plate for one of my fleet - even custom suppliers.

I had no problems in previous years and its only 16x4".

Can anyone recommend a supplier or send me a PPM?
