Its Wednesday and I'm playing what would make an interesting car for SOTW!
Always wanted to drive one of these and now it's in shed land:

Always thought they looked good and ahead of their time especially In British racing green and with tan leather make it very tempting!
Anyone any experience of the zxi v6?

Driven a couple. A good mate has one as his daily passed down from his dad. He doesn’t look after it particularly well, still pull strong and nothing engine wise has ever went wrong so I suspect the rest of the car will rot before the engine fails. They’re about 150bhp from memory? So not what you’d call quick by modern standards but has enough go. Main draw backs are economy and small petrol tank. I have a 2.L 3 series of the same age and it’s quicker and better on juice.
They seemed to come what must have been pretty fully loaded at the time, full electrics, aircon, and a sunroof!

Good spot! Could that be called the world's only V6 compact hatch (outside of the US)?
MG ZS 180? This one's dangerously close to shed money and doesn't look at all bad:

I'm quite tempted.
While this one's not a shed it does represent one of the Rover lost oppotunities:

The 75 and TF might have had stronger reputations if they'd used the T series turbo in the four cylinder variants or something derived from it; limiting the K to the smaller bore and more reliable 1600. I wonder if they couldn't get that engine through emissions?
