Wilf was my car a few years ago and ended up in India on the Top Gear Xmas Special....... I did not sell him to Top Gear, he was immaculate when I had him and I only let him go as my elderly neighbour strulled to get in/out of him, and my son was in a football team and I worried that taking some of the team to matches would trash Wilf's interior!! We want him back, restored and auctioned for charity... He's a very special little car, he was used for the promotion of the Festival of Motoring Jubilee Run, he ( I ) drove behind Austin Powers Jaguar in the parade, he's a little car with a history and he needs to be celebrated!!!!!

I think Hammond ends up buying most of the cars he uses in these challenges and trips.

He can be annoying at times but there is a spark of enthusiast in there...the kind of enthusiast that modifies and services his own car without a manual and with only half a socket set.

I think Clarkson and May keep the odd one or 2 aswell to be honest. Apparently Clarkson has a Scooter in his garage since the Vietnam trip for a start.
