Hi all, my newly built engine is equiped with an Edelbrock carburettor.Generally things are going well, now engine is run in. HOWEVER, a couple of teething problems, which, experience tells me, if Holley based would be simple to fix, are proving problematic.
1) Bogging during from slow running to wide open throttle.
2) Idle speed way too high, causing running on when ignition turned off.

Now here's the problem. I have not been able to find a rolling road to optimise my set up, which has any experience with Eddelbrock carbs.
Engine builder and main importer can not advise of any better strategy than,"get on the web and ask around"
Edelbrock themselves, offer no customer/help e-mail address on their web site, but, you can call, them in California.!

So BE WARNED if you are choosing a carburettor think HOLLEY !!!
