Hi, i've got the chance to buy a cheap Fiesta from 1989 pretty mint condition and kind of cool in a retro kind of way.
I was thinking of trying a classic policy but the only problem is i've only held my licence for 1 year though i'm 29 years old.Are there any policies out there that would touch me?

Cheers

Cheers, gave Confused a go but the best was Admiral around £900, also tried Footman James but i'd not held licence long enough to qualify for a classic policy.

Try http://www.heritage-quote.co.uk/

I use them for my '88 316 and I've also used them previously.

Pics of said car? For some reason, I always like looking at old yet minty examples of ordinary cars.

+1 yes

You should be able to get a classic policy for that, no trouble - it says something about what the scrappage scheme did to older cars when some providers will give you anything over fifteen years old on a classic policy!

My first car was a 957cc Fiesta on an X plate - I'd love to get another and "mint it up", however all the examples you see on Ebay are all mullered half finished "projects". Shame frown

Here she is, not ultra retro but a bit different, i've also got my eye on a Panda and a BMW 318 depending what the insurance quotes are like.
