Off car disc skimming in west London?

Can anyone recommend a small engineering outfit fairly close to the TW1 area that could resurface my discs? £100 per axle for the on-car skimming seems like a waste considering I can get two new discs for £100

Silly answer, if you are going to all that trouble to have them skimmed and they are that worn, why don't you just replace them!

They have only surface corrosion and have plenty of life left on them. They haven't been skimmed before and are well within tolerance. Skimming shouldn't cost anymore than £15 per disc and it prevents a perfectly serviceable item going to landfill.
