Why the schadenfreude at Kimble? I'd knew he was behind MegaUpload but it didn't stop me using the site to share files.
This SOPA is interesting. At one end you have to accept that people's livelihoods should be protected with the aid of copyright law. But this draft legislation does seem way to heavy handed to accurately do that.
If someone posted a video of Top Gear on Pistonheads the whole site would be closed forever. Rather than the current way of removing the content. Which seems a bit fairer.
