Does running a red light on temporary traffic lights carry the same punishment as fixed?

Good question, sorry I don't know the answer but would be interested to know. I admit, there have been occasions where I can see the other side of the roadworks and no cars are there so I just drive through. Whether or not the boys in blue would approve I don't know..

True. Applies equally to permanent or temporary traffic signals though.
