Parrot kits

I got a price for supply & install of a parrot mki9200 of £299.

Does this sound reasonable or expensive?

The kit itself is around £160.

Any thoughts on this much appreciated.

Seems expensive and to be honest it's not too difficult to fit yourself. I fitted mine in about 30 mins.

There will be plenty of guides on the internet.

Thats expensive, a local fitter will do it for no more than £40, it's an hours job tops.

Btw, I have the same kit and I wouldn't reccomend it, get the cheaper version as the iPod etc support you pay the extra for is pretty poor. Sound quality is terrible!

OK thanks, gives me an idea of whether it's is OTT.

Its the kind of thing I'd usually do myself but lack of time working for other folks may dictate I just drop it off to be done.
