As an aside I was at a dinner party on Saturday which was attended by a rather boorish and loud Audi driver. He seemed to want to tell anyone who cared (and a few who didn't) how much better his Audi was than his previous BMW. His reasoning for this?

His current A6 3.0TDi is loads faster than his old 318d.

Wow. Just wow. I'm not sure if he's informed BMW of the poor perfrmance of their cars compared to Audis a class above with twice the horsepower and twice the price. Or if they particularly care for that matter.

ahe has been getting phone calls and abuse telling her how crappy her parking/attitude is etc etc and has complained to the police about it.

To be honest i hope she gets called out as theres more and more people who have this me me me attitude on our roads everyday.

Last night on the train home, I overheard a conversation that two guys sitting down behind me were having about cars. One was quite obviously in to cars as he mentioned he had an old Porsche which he did his own spannering on. The other guy was a know it all bore who really knew sweet fanny adams.

After a while the bore mentions that he has a Prius and that he really wants a weekend car. He wanted one of those new 4wd M3's as his old one had too much power for front wheel drive...

I saw an Audi driver reverse out of a parking space yesterday and crash into a Merc. The Merc driver had already stopped and been blasting his horn since the Audi's reversing lights first came on, Audi driver seemingly oblivious.
