Attention Dealers - Is the Sytner auction a scam?

To all dealers and anyone else who uses the Sytner electronic auction. For the past 2 weeks we have been bidding on car after car on the auction website and get outbid within the last closing seconds everytime. In one case we got it to land a second before the auction closed and still got beaten!

10 Cars bid on at stronger money than Glasses and nothing has come of it. Has anyone else had the same issues? or anyone aware of sniping software being used? or is it just bad luck.

Could it even be the Sytner group?
