SO!
My Esprit wheels are looking rather sorry for themselves...

I intend to respray the centres, they are black so easy job, however the outer rims are bare alloy, and look very dull.

Whats the best way to polish them up and KEEP the shine??

Autosol, but you will have to keep doing them, although it is not a bad job once the salt has gone off the roads

Polish then lacquer but eventually water gets underneath and you have to strip it off.

i think they'll need some sort of mechanical attention, they arent pitted but have probably not been done for 10+ years...
I thought autosol, but i also have a pot of Mcguiar's metal polish which is good.

Dont want to lacquer, a few stone chips and its all over

Give this guy a call,he did an amazing job on my BBS RS rims!
No clearcoat,he gave them some kind of chemical treatment when the polishing was done. That was two years ago,and they still look like new!!
The company is in Sweden and so am i,so if you have trouble understanding each other, contact me and i will try to help the best i can.

Regards Claes Sorry for the bad quality picture!
