What car next from an Octavia vRS?

Hi,

I've currently got a 2003 Skoda Octavia vRS estate which I've had for the last 3 years. Been very happy with the car.

The time has come now to change car (as have received a promotion in work and the octavia is getting on a bit). I've got a budget of up to £15k and am thinking through my options.

Criteria would be:

0-60 <=7s
Able to attach a bike rack to it to carry a couple of bikes

Not *too* worried about MPG within reason. Don't want a diesel either (only do 10k pa).

Thoughts so far are:

Approved used Skoda Octavia vRS (not much of an upgrade from my current one though and £15k is a lot for a skoda)
Focus ST (bit chav though?)
Mazda 6 MPS (rare as rocking horse poo)
Mazda 3 MPS (bit chav again?)
BMW 3 series (E90 330/335 doable for this budget?)
Audi A4 (bit boring?)
MB C320 (bit boring?)
Alfa 159 (reliability concerns and rare in the spec I'd want with the 3.2 V6)

Outside choices (would these be financially suicidal?):
E46 BMW M3

I don't think the 3MPS is particularly "Chav" IMO, and the Focus ST isn't too bad as long as you go for the more subtle paint colours. Is the Megane Renaultsport out of the question?

E90 BMW 330 (i don't knowwhat the prices for a 335i are you'll have to look!) Perhaps a boring choice, but not a boring car...well not to drive anyway. Would be my choice.
