This isnt for me just got thinking about a previous thread.

There was a thread on here while ago about somebody who had been involved in an accident and was dealing with one of these accident management companies.

The jist of it was he was lodging a claim to cover the cost of how much his insurance would increase over the coming years on the back of a non fault accident he was involved in.

Can anybody else remember it or point me to it - or has anybody been succesfull in a claim like this before?

Are you asking this because you want to have a go at claiming yourself?

If so, leave now because you're going to get flamed to fk.

May I refer you to the first 4 words of my post?

If you manage to get past this then you will realise this is purely out of curiosity.
