Strange - really cheap cars in classifieds

Came across these, they are extremely cheap!

Not right, phone number on the ad is the fax number for these guys :

I which means to make contact with the seller, you'd have to email.... and George Adeguengo would email you back.... or someone could have something against DNCC and want to clog their fax up !

hmmm that strikes me as strange, do you not have to pay more to be advertised as a trader?
