Quick question folks. With the current snow covering a large part of the country, what would be the outcome if you parked your car on a snowy street where the yellow lines were obscured? Could you still get a ticket or would you have a valid defence against a conviction?

^ not always. I got done in Ealing & on appealing got nowhere cos apparently there only has to be signs on entry to the area where those rules apply. Ie the single yellow area might have started 1/2 mile away unknown to the driver.
