Me and my bro were doing 50kph the other down down on the main straight to Kapinavo. Need goggles as the spit up of snow and ice is bloody horrific!

Have done skiing behind a Land Rover before, well, I wasn't skiing because I cant but my mate got up to 50mph'ish.

I did this last year, V8 sledging in a Range Rover, although, I had the sense to be sitting in a heated seat with the heaters on full blast whilst my mate was getting pelted with snow & exhaust gasses. Only managed about 20mph though.

Haha, I have a video of me and my friends doing the same thing on Dartmoor a couple of years ago. I got to about 30mph but my friend went the whole way to 40! Excellent fun!

No pictures I am afraid but many moons ago I was towed behind a very powerful and fast ski-doo across a frozen lake in Northern Canada whilst sat on a snow shovel. I reckon we hit 60mph, I had the bruises for several months.

Totally agree but I was half expecting a load of posts about how illegal and dangerous it is and then a load of other posts following suit which then victimise the OP.

Done it a few times with a Defender in my Dad's fields.

Nowhere near 40mph but fields are much bumpier than roads.

I wouldn't risk roads unless you can find a deserted industrial estate.
