Just been to fill up at my local Shell petrol station and noticed that the word 'Fuelsave' has been masked off on all of their pumps!
According to the manager all Shell stations have been asked to do the same but he couldn't/wouldn't say why.

Does anyone know what's happening?

I'd go along with it's bullst & I do hope it's got something to do with trade descriptions.

Haven't there been rumours it knackers your engine? Maybe Shell were losing sales because of them or the rumours were proved true and they didn't want a massive liability claim against them.
