New Porsche 911............How wide?????

Looks like the width has grown, but a number of Mags say its still 1808 mm wide.............Is this so? (Hope so, fed up with cars TOO wide for my favate roads.

Correct as in its 1808mm wide...or as in many "Sports cars" are too wide for British B roads?

& of course the Turbo/RS/GT versions will be wider still. Two cars in opposite directions on a country lane/road driven as they should be....

Just a general comment relating to this topic. As a frequent traveller on Eurotunnel, I've noticed that some cars are dangerourly close to having to wide-a-track to fit between the kerbs on the, now old getting old, original rolling stock.

On my Fav roads i watched R8's & GTR getting VERY close to trucks etc.....the Old Audi Quttro (Short wheel base) was 1750 wide....

Anyway, anyone know.....New 911 .....1808 wide?
