Cayenne S or RRS ?
Discussion
RRS sport has a bad reputation for big bills, and carries a WAG image with it. The Cayenne will probably hold it's values better and there are certainly less of them about, although I can't imagine it's going to be cheap to maintain - but of your two choices, I'd go for the Cayenne
If it were my money, I'd be looking for a FFRR, it might still have a reputation for being unreliable, but they have a better image than either the Cayenne or the RRS, will have more space and will do everything the others will do and probably a bit more besides.

Would tend to agree... but only the 3L TD6 and 4.4L V8 fall into budget (that haven't been to the moon and back). If it were my money, I'd be looking for a FFRR, it might still have a reputation for being unreliable, but they have a better image than either the Cayenne or the RRS, will have more space and will do everything the others will do and probably a bit more besides.
I think the RRS is not new enough to have had the LR electrical bugs ironed out, So Porker for me (PS did own a RRS/SC for a short while, and it was an electrical disaster). LR also have a habit of making duff kit obsolete but with limited retrofit options for the new spares. They did this with early TD5 ECUs and I think some of the early RRS kit may be suffering the same fate. ie I'm sorry sir that part is NLA and you need a new loom/engine/car for the new part to fit/work.
