How to sell private reg?

Hi, want to sell a private plate, probably on Ebay.

It's on the green A4 retention certificate.

No idea how to sell it, how do I go about it? Transferring the name etc?

Place it on eBay clearly stating that to the final selling price you will add £80 to cover the DVLA assignment fee which you've already paid.

When you sell it then it has clear instructions on the back of the form what to fill in and sign etc
