Car dealer - incredible ignorance...

So looking for and A4 Avant 1.8T 190 Quattro and spot one in a garage in Norwich. I go over to have a look, immaculate but over £2k more than identical vehicles online.
Garage is closed but other branch open so I call to enquire as to whether the price is a misprint and while I'm at it ask a few questions...
"Is this a Quattro or just FWD?"
"It's the 1.8 sir"... Benefit of the doubt, I just assume he mis understood so asked again...
"No it isn't Quattro it is the 1.8 which is RWD..."
Why is it so hard to do homework on the cars you sell? Aswell as pricing it stupidly high! The search continues anyway...
