996 Carrera?

If thats not big enough then i'd suggest an E39 M5 or an RS6.

Wish i had that budget!

ETA - may struggle for 06 onwards!

I'm broke! biggrin But I just got myself a nice little E36 328i Touring for £900 though!

Had another thought - XJR? 04/05 vintage.

335i? Or maybe an M3 CS, they may just creep in at £12k.

Or are you looking for something more wafty in general?

ETA; just re-read your original post. Ignore me wink

Nah, i'm 27 and i had one a few years ago at 24 (X300 S-6 version), i loved it! Wafty express loveliness. I imagine the alu-bodied X350 is a bit more lively.

EFA.

Or an AMG CL if you prefer to look like a dealer.

Eta, not the SLS, not unless you're budget is out by a factor of over 10 redface

Just picked up a BMW AUC E63 645Ci for less than that, although it is a 2004 model.

XJR/XKR/S-typeR, all available at that price. The XJ's and S-types tend to be cheaper than XK's and more practical but not as pretty, also as I discovered the XK doesn't have quiote the same old man image (at least according to my missus)

A nice low mileage E39 M5
E46 M3
Monaro VXR
Porsche 996

I was in the same position this time last year and went with the Monaro

It was the newest, had less to go wrong, plus it's the rarest out of the lot.
