Best product(s) to clean car carpet ?

Do most of you use something like Auto Glym carpet wash/shampoo type products or is there a secret product/method you know of which you can share with the masses?

I just need to spruce mine up a bit, it's looking a tad scruffy and it's quite a light colour.

be easier to take it somewhere with a wet/dry/extractor vacuum and pay them. thats what I would do....

Mmmm, never really thought of paying somebody else to do it. I wonder what the charge would be...

cost me £50 for a full interior valet and shampoo, and they gave the outside a going over as well...
