Im returning a hire car tomorrow which i lost on some ice last week and scuffed the alloy.

I've managed to sand down the roughness so it's fairly smooth, but with a close look you can see it.

I've driven a fair few miles but it's a back wheel and not getting as dirty as i like. I dont have time to swap to the front, and nobody is gritting the roads near me because it isnt cold!

I'll probably just have to hope they dont notice/care frown

Dig a flower bed up, add some water and put that over it?

If its black just get a touch up pen and go over where the silver shows

Eta... Back wheel, not black... Still, the same applies really
