Hi all,

Im looking into getting my 05 ford focus 2.0TDCi remapped soon, but I dont know where..

I live in Dereham, not far from Norwich, Can anyone advise any trusted services local to me? I know theres a whole bunch of 'cowboys' out there offering cheep remapping services but I want a decent job and am happy to pay the extra to know its done right.

Iv read up on it and it seems for my car in perticular that a 30/40bhp increase is likley, and near enough the same torque increase too, along with, when driven sencibly, better mpg retern.

Do these figures seem correct? Also anyone with experience having had their cars remapped, what sort of impact dose it have on the insurance? Im 19 so as you can imagen already being crippled by insurance premiums!

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Superchips would be the ideal place to start. Pretty good value and nicely developed.

Not as bespoke as some, but as an across the board upgrade, they're pretty hard to beat.

This. I think there is one in Norwich, I took my 106 there a few years back. Good service and a good job. They even asked me if I wanted to watch them do it!
