I have had my Lancia Integrale for 11 years, and now the time has come to sell, she won’t go….

I had been thinking about selling for 18 months, and then news of a second child on the way made the decision for me.

I bought her when I was single. Took my now wife out in it, and used it for my wedding.

Then she was sitting in the garage, not getting the use I wanted from her, getting more paranoid when taking her out, so decided to sell. Unfortunately, she does want to be sold. irked

In my time of ownership, she had a full engine rebuild, with piston rings and bearings, oil and water pumps. New valve guides. New water and air con rads. New brake lines, and engine mounts. Gearbox rebuild. New turbo, tubular manifold and SS exhaust.

All corrosion issues sorted. This car was pampered and loved, no expense spared

And now she has been sitting at garage in the UK for 6 months, with no real offers or interest is it just the wrong time??

Any advice would be appreciated…

Looks lovely, but as someone who knows little about Integrales I would be comparing to the others for sale and ignoring the special edition status (rightly or wrongly). Sorting on price, you have a lower mileage Evo 2 with cloth for £5k less, and a dealer selling a lower mileage Evo 2 with (I think) the same interior as yours for £1k more. My (theoretical) money would be going the dealers' way if I was hung up on the seats/interior, or the other chaps way if I wasn't worried about it. I wouldn't be looking at the special edition status and giving that value over the mileages of the others.

So, in summary, maybe drop the price a touch?

ETA: Don't sell it. Sure you can fit two kiddy seats in the back, and surely you could stick a roof box on to increase the luggage capacity when required smile

ETA2: Did I get the right one? Seems the only dealer edition one is being sold by someone with a different name to you...
