Really!? Was it a big difference with acceleration? Handling better too? What alloys did u go for?
If the wheel/tyre combo is lower mass there are multiple benefits. Suspension reacts faster to bumps = better grip. Accelerates faster. Brakes better. Is a more compliant ride due to 60 profile.ETA to see whether they'll fit you need to check the stud pattern, e.g. 5 or 4 bolt, stud spacing, e.g. 100mm, and offsets e.g. ET38. The westy's were ford fittment so if the tiger is too then it should fit. Oh and check brake clearance if you have big brakes fitted.
You may also need new cycle wing hangers and cycle wings too as I *think* they're different.
