I received an email from my old driving instructor today (who likes to keep his ex-pupils updated on changes to the highway code etc). Anyway, this one contained some guidelines from the DVLA on what to do should you be involved in an accident.
Aside from the usual stuff, there was a suggestion to download an iPhone app called the "Accident Toolkit". So I give it a shot...
"Personal Injury calculator".....wtf....'calculator' for what....
...ahh yes, just how much money you can expect to receive depending on where you sustain injury! Just click on the relevent body part and it'll tell you exactly how much you can seek to claim and even put you in contact with a solicitor.
