No MOT or TAX recieved after plate change.

OK so upon P/E my Jag for the A8, i paid the deale £80 to have the plates swapped so that the Jag went on its original 03 plates and my personal plate went from the Jag to the A8, simple enough?

So i recieved both the V5 for my A8 (now on provate plate) and the V5 for the Jag, back on its original 03.

I sent the Jag V5 to the dealer, but as of yet have not recived either the A8's MOT or TAX disk.

The MOT i can live without, but in effect my tax is invalid as it has the 55 plate written on it.

What is there that i can do, as my car is registered as my personal plate, but TAX disk reads the 55 plates.

If the dealer organised the transfer they will have them. Typically takes 7 working days so if you have recived V5's they should have them.
